About the Founder

Nikia R. Noisette is a sickle cell warrior, mother, and visionary advocate whose life journey fuels the mission of this foundation. Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Nikia brings the strength of her Gullah Geechee heritage and deep faith to her work. A survivor of chronic illness, pharmaceutical trauma, and systemic gaps in healthcare, she founded the Foundation as a sacred place of healing, advocacy, and empowerment.

Her story is not only one of pain—but of purpose. Through divine calling, community service, and ancestral strength, she created a movement where warriors rise, families thrive, and healing begins.

Warrior’s Spirit, Champion’s Crown

By Nikia R. Noisette

My blood curves like the crescent moon,

Not broken—beaming, born in tune.

He etched this shape in sacred light,

A vessel formed for holy fight.

I carry pain like prophets do,

A rhythm ancient, tried and true.

Not cracked by weight, nor worn by time,

But pressed with purpose, shaped by design.

He brought me through the surgeon’s knife,

Blood transfusions, war for life.

Addiction’s grip, infection’s flame—

But none outmatched Jehovah’s Name.

Organs failed—but He stood tall.

By His stripes, I survived it all.

This body bears a sacred sound,

A pulse that shakes the silent ground.

He carved my path, then wrote it down—

Warrior’s Spirit, Champion’s Crown.
